Pat and the team at NBHL were amazing. Our requirements were not at all standard - we needed to have 4 people on the title and mortgage, we were selling a property, we needed pre-approval from a lender, and we only had a couple of weeks to get the finance sorted. Pat found us a lender that is flexible, offered a competitive rate, has low fees, and didn't make us jump through lots of crazy hoops. From our first meeting with Pat, right through to receiving the pre-approval notice from the lender, Pat and the team were accessible, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. The communication was excellent - always prompt and clear.
